Return Process
- 1.Initiate a Return Request
Contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a detailed explanation of the issue.
- 2.Technical Assessment
Our engineers will review your request and may provide troubleshooting steps or request photos/videos to determine if the unit requires a replacement or a return.
- 3.Secure Packaging
Once approved, pack the printer in its original factory packaging including all accessories, manuals, and protective foam to prevent transit damage.
- 4.Refund Processing
After our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
